This stunning property is located in Betws Garmon within the heart of Snowdonia National Park, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The house is perfect for friends and family to experience the most amazing scenery and many attractions the local area has to offer. The house is just 2 miles from the Snowdon Ranger Path near the beautiful Llyn Cwellyn lake. Why not explore the many footpaths within the park? Maybe head to Llanberis (7.5 miles) at the start of the mountain railway, where the easiest footpath up Yr Wyddfa begins. Visit pretty Beddgelert and the copper mines, or the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Caernarfon with its art complex, stylish marina, and the iconic castle of Caernarfon. The Welsh Highland Railway runs through Betws Garmon and the nearest station is 1 mile away. Zip World is a short drive away as is the beach at Dinas Dinlle. All of these amazing locations are within 8 miles of the property, what more could you wish for.

Step inside this attractive house and into the hallway, where to the right is a spacious kitchen/diner with French doors leading to the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped to rustle up a meal with local produce purchased on your travels. When the meal is ready it is the perfect setting to continue enjoying time together. After dinner, walk through to the lounge which boasts a feature fireplace with a wood burner, perfect for cosy nights in. Settle down on the comfortable sofa, to watch TV or maybe a film on Netflix or plan your holiday activities. You will also find the cloakroom with a WC on this floor. When ready for bed choose from three lovely bedrooms upstairs, all designed for a good night's sleep. There is the spacious king with Smart TV, a lovely twin and another king-size bedroom with a feature fireplace. On this floor there is a separate WC. Enjoy a leisurely finish or start to the day in the spacious bathroom which features a large bath and separate shower.

Make the most of the weather from sunrise to sunset in the lovely garden which is enclosed, with hot tub being added for 2024. The cottage was easy to find. Parking is next to it, behind the grey gates. The cottage was very clean & welcoming. The kitchen had basic cooking utensils, trays, loads of glasses and mugs and very sharp knives (pointed out the things we have found to be missing in other holiday cottages). Plenty of seating in kitchen and lounge. Outside looked nicRead moree. Too wet for us though. Very quiet area. Easy to drive to POI from the cottage. A lovely place for a holiday. Hide
