Or on the ground floor, passing the bright bathroom with bath and WC, go through the well-equipped galley kitchen to the spacious conservatory with sofas and TV with access to garden and secret courtyard. From the sunny conservatory head to the cosy lounge with wood burner and large TV with Netflix, perfect for a night in. Here you will find the shower room with shower and WC and another twisting staircase up to a double bedroom. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the dining table, afternoon tea in the conservatory, a game of pool, table tennis or foosball in the games room or just relax in the hot tub and enjoy the pretty garden. The spacious utility room across the courtyard has the obvious washing machine, tumble dryer and sink with oodles of space for your boots, coats, wet suits and active gear.
