The cottage was lovely and gardens beautiful. Great if you have a dog. Also very good for a wheelchair user. Pub was about 15-20 mins walk (The Groes Inn) and had great staff and food.

The property is nicely decorated and well proportioned. The seating in the lounge could be a little better if there are 4 people. Heating system works well and we were able to make it nice and warm as required for those with limited mobility. The floors are tiled which is great for wheelchairs. There is no dishwasher but washing up was no problem. Read moreThe entrance to the courtyard is quite steep and narrow especially if you have a large car. Lovely cottage, garden very dog friendly and secure we could let our beagle explore the garden without worrying she would find a way out. The cottage is cosy, set in a peaceful location ideal to get away from it all. Will definitely be staying again

Lovely cottage, full of character yet modern interior and very comfortable. Large peaceful garden with lots of wildlife, plus peacocks, horses, sheep. A bit remote so car essential. Lots of good walks nearby. Local pubs have good reputation but were desperately short of staff so that meals needed early booking.
