A fantastic, stone farm building in a complex of four situated on the owner’s working farm. The village of Dyffryn Ardudwy is under 1 mile and has a train station on the scenic Cambrian line alongside offering a range of amenities including a shop and cafe. The property is ideally placed 5 miles between Harlech and Barmouth, both of which have brilliant attractions including beaches and a picturesque castle. The surrounding mountains are good for walking and visiting the local lakes and waterfalls. Many of the most popular Snowdonia tourist attractions are within 35 miles including Zip World, Snowdon for walking or taking the train to the summit, and the Welsh Highland Railway.

 This single-level barn conversion opens into the lounge/diner complete with comfortable seating surrounding a TV/DVD, a feature fireplace with an electric fire, and a charming dining area. Head through to the galley-style kitchen which has been well-equipped for all your culinary needs. There are two bedrooms – the first is a wonderful king-size bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, and the second is a twin bedroom with a lovely en-suite shower room.

Heading outside, you can find a small courtyard with a bench to the front, which is a great place to catch up on a good book. There is also a shared picnic/BBQ area with tables, charcoal BBQ and a children’s play area. For rainy days make use of the shared games room benefitting from a pool table, table football and table tennis.

Fabulous apartment, very comfortable and cosy couldn't fault it, Jane the owner was very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. we will recommend this place to anyone. 10/10.
