The cottage is beautiful: cosy, quiet, comfortable, secluded. With sun trap little spaces in which to enjoy spectacular views of Skirrid and Sugar Loaf. Simply splendid. And our hosts were friendly and discreet. Can't wait to return! Thank you.

Excellent little cottage for a couple to stay at, 8 minutes drive from Abergavenny. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you can think of. The shower was very good, and the heating was excellent especially in this cold January. Owners were very lovely. Highly recommended

Clare's Cottage was a lovely place to stay. The cottage itself was very clean, cute and perfect for us. It even had a mountain view, which was a pleasant surprise. Easy to find via the instructions and close enough to Abergavenny centre that charging the car each morning was quick. A well equipped, clean and beautifully presented cottage. It is next to the owners home but faces out over green fields towards the Sugar Loaf mountain in the distance. There are two outside seating areas, both overlooking the countryside. One is sheltered and very private. There is parking right outside the main entrance.
