Another wonderful stay in this very well equipped, comfortable, cosy, well located cottage. We love staying here, it is so peaceful with walks right out the front door - as well as a lovely dog proof garden! Ive said it before but this property is good for the soul. Thank you for another lovely week and we will be back next year!!

What a fantastic location and unique cottage. The owners have obvious pride in this cottage and the unique location makes for a brilliant stay. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! The cottage and the area are magical. Our 3 beagles lived the garden. It's so important that places are dog friendly and this property exceeds this. Beautiful cottage 2ith everything you need. Glorious walks from the doorstep. Without hesitation we will be back

Location of cottage is brilliant for easy access for walks within the Elan valley easy walking distance to Rhayader and not far from coastal town ,beautiful cottage quite and peaceful surrounded by the beautiful landscape , throughtly enjoyed our stay

A fantastic cottage in an idyllic setting. The cottage has everything required for a great holiday. Its well equipped and everything is to a high standard. The garden is awesome. Lovely place and setting. Good for dogs, relaxing , or walking . The walk into Rhayader is nice and with good pubs an amenities .

Lovely week away, this cottage was lovely, well equipped home from home, dog friendly enclosed large garden with some amazing views, easy access to some great places, Rhayader, Brecon, Aberystwyth, are you can just walk out the gate for some amazing walks, highly recommend

Beautifull property I think the owners had thought of everything , safe secure garden for the dogs great location for exploring this part of Wales , could literally walk from the door or spend time relaxing in the amazing garden! Highly recommended

10 Elan Village is a clean, comfortable and spacious property, easy accommodating 6 people and 3 dogs. The secure garden for the dogs is a real bonus. All bath towels, hand towels and tea towels were provided along with soaps in all WCs and bathrooms, a very nice and welcome touch. We didnt use the log burner or heating. Beautifully presented and very comfortable. Dog friendly. The garden is superb. We had hoped to take advantage of the walks directly from the garden gate but there were cattle grazing. Elan Village is a walkers/cyclists paradise, lots to do directly from the cottage. Our labs loved the river opposite. Rhayader offers everything you need. The location is unrivalled and unspoilt. The cottage is lovely, spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. The garden is great too, so peaceful, with the sound of birds and the river. We discovered a creature that was new to us, it is the hummingbird hawk moth. It felt very privileged to watch it. Elan Valley is very accessible for walkerRead mores/cyclists of all abilities. A beautiful cottage and garden in the stunning Elan Valley. A wonderful place to stay to enjoy the local area. After reading the guest book we can understand why previous guests return year after year. It is the best place we have ever stayed and definitely plan to return.
