This contemporary property with sea views looking out over Manorbier Bay is the perfect spot to enjoy the best of Pembrokeshire on your next family holiday, or escape with friends.

Perched on a hillside in the centre of the village, this beautiful property has a prime position. There is a local pub, cafe and shop all within 1.5 miles of the property and both the beach and Manorbier Castle are just 0.5 miles away. Enjoy a day out by the seaside at Manorbier Beach, where you can relax in the sunshine or enjoy some fun water sports. Manorbier is quieter than its neighbouring beaches in Tenby so it is an excellent spot to relax and unwind. Tenby and Saundersfoot are both less than 10 miles along the coast, however, if you're more active there is access onto the Pembrokeshire Coast Path too available from the village where you can explore miles of Pembrokeshire's beautiful coastline.

As you enter this single-story property from the garden, you will arrive in the spacious and light open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. From the lounge area, you can admire the superb views out to Manorbier Bay and relax on the comfortable sofas whilst enjoying your favourite programs on the Smart TV/DVD. The kitchen area is well-equipped with everything you would need to produce a fabulous meal to enjoy around the dining table whilst planning your adventures to come. There is an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, washing machine/tumble dryer and dishwasher. Off the living area, the hallway has plenty of space to store shoes, coats, and belongings and from the hallway, there are two bedrooms with beautiful garden views, one king-size bedroom, and one twin room. Further to this, there is a stylish and spacious shower room with a shower and WC.

Outside, the property has a private, enclosed garden with an outdoor dining table where you can eat alfresco or light the gas BBQ on a warmer evening. The garden has amazing views out to sea, so you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the bay in your own private outdoor space. There is off-road parking available for two cars.

The property was beautifully decorated, well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect with the beach and coastal path only a 10 minute walk away, a pub and shop just a couple of minutes away and a view of the coast from the lounge and garden. We were made to feel so welcome by the very considerate owners, Jo and Kev. The property was as well equipped as any holiday rental I've stayed in, it will have everything you need. The location and village of Manorbier was absolutely fantastic, as was the surrounding countryside and coastline. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks there and wished we Read morehad another week! This is a gorgeous property in a lovely village and a great base for exploring beautiful Pembrokeshire. The view is stunning, it is also a great place just to relax and enjoy some peace and tranquility. Jo and Kevin are great hosts and could not have been more welcoming. Definitely a 10/10!

We had a wonderful week at the cottage.It was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed there.The hosts Jo and Kevin were so welcoming and left us a lovely welcome pack which we really enjoyed .The view is spectacular here we didn't want to leave.We will most definitely return .

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at coastal view - with the best view in the village this holiday home wont disappoint. Hosts Jo and Kevin are lovely too. Pub, cafe and shop a short stroll away as well as the beautiful Manorbier Bay and Castle on your doorstep. 10/10.

The property is to a very high standard and in a lovely position with fantastic views over Manorbier Bay and the surrounding countryside.
