Homely lodge-style property sleeping four guests, situated alongside the owner’s home in the historic town of Pembroke, within walking distance to the impressive Norman castle, shops, and pubs.
This property is located in the town of Pembroke in West Wales, a great place to enjoy a holiday, with plenty to see and do in the local area. The town itself is home to an impressive Norman castle which is surrounded by a large mill pond which makes a lovely backdrop for enjoying relaxing walks, whilst there are also many miles of scenic walks to be enjoyed along the nearby Pembrokeshire Coast Path, which offers an incredible 186 miles of waterside walks. Of course, the coastline is also famous for its stunning beaches, the nearest of which lies just three miles from the property in the village of Freshwater East, where the sheltered bay is home to an expansive stretch of golden sand, perfect for sunbathing, making sandcastles, beach games, and paddling.
On arrival at this property, guests are able to make themselves immediately at home in the sunny lounge, a light-filled room which offers views over the garden from the large patio doors, and where comfortable seating provides the perfect place to unwind in the evenings in front of the TV/DVD. Moving through to the kitchen/diner, guests will find a spacious room with a dining table in the centre and a good range of equipment including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The property’s shower room offers a walk-in shower with an accessibility chair, and a WC. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, the first of these being a restful double room, whilst the second is a bright twin.
The property’s garden is accessed through the patio doors in the lounge: a generously-sized lawned space which is shared with the property’s owners and provides guests with plenty of room to relax. There is ample off-road parking available on the driveway to the front of the property.
