A delightful place to relax and experience the best that Gower has on offer with beautiful sandy beaches, rolling countryside, wildlife and chocolate box villages waiting to be discovered.

Located on a working farm near the pretty village of Reynoldston in the heart of Gower Peninsula, close to the Cefn Bryn ridge. A short drive to shops and plenty of super local pubs. Gower, the first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, attracts surfers, walkers and cyclists alike, and you are very well placed at this cosy cottage to enjoy all activities. In this central Gower location, you are never usually more than 3 miles from the coast, so a day at one of the renowned sandy beaches of Oxwich, Rhossili or Port Eynon is a must. Mumbles also has a good range of independent shops and eateries. (Please check admittance for the various attractions).

Entering this charming semi-detached cottage into a useful boot room with a WC and into a well-equipped kitchen/diner which has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.  The dining table comfortably seats four. Through into the characterful lounge with two large sofas, an impressive grandfather clock and a warming wood burner where you can cuddle up on the sofa and watch the TV. The beamed ceiling gives this room a cosy and welcoming ambience any time of the year and there are French doors to the rear garden. Up the stairs to the first floor where there are two bedrooms – the first is a good-sized double with the second being a twin bedroom with pleasant rural views. Across the landing to the bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Outside there is a large enclosed garden with lawn and patio, garden furniture, mature trees, a charcoal BBQ and views across the beautiful Rhossili Downs. Off road parking alongside the cottage for two cars. Eggs and Fresh Vegetables are available to purchase from the owner (seasonal only).

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

When we arrived there was a log fire burning and the lights were on which made the property feel warm and welcoming. Jackie was there to greet us and was always available to help with queries. The property is very well-equipped and although it was a bit too cold for us to sit out there is a lovely outside area with beautiful views. This cosy cottage with delightful wood burner is about a mile from Reynoldston Village. The post office and pub are both worth a visit and are a walkable mile away on a fine day - but the evenings are dark so take a torch - no light pollution here!! The cottage was cosy, clean and comfortable. Jackie gave us a warm welcome and was extremely helpful. The weather was perfect, who would have expected breakfast in the garden in October? We were staying for a family wedding at Fairyhill and the cottage couldn't have been closer. Spent a fabulous day at Rhossili and had an early morning walk up to ARead morerthur's stone. Considering the cottage is situated on a working we found it very quiet and peaceful. We were welcomed on arrival by the owner Jacqui, who had kindly supplied milk and welsh tea cakes for our arrival. Fantastic holiday. The cottage was much larger than we thought and gave us plenty of space. We had everything we needed. Kingsland cottage is a priceless gem. The location, based in the heart of the peninsula which is better known for it's fabulous beaches, has a wonderful rural feel to it. To sit in the beautiful garden that Jacky the host has created, is truly a lovely experience, whatever time of day it is. We had a wonerful time and can't wait to revisit.

Had a wonderful week stay here , the children had the most amazing time playing in the big garden beach not far from the accommodation so it suited us well. This is a lovely farmhouse cottage that is fully equipped. It is ideally located for trips around the Gower. Outside, the garden is large and enclosed. We were made to feel very welcoming to this lovely cottage by Jackie who gave us great tips about the amazing beaches and good pubs to visit.
