In this central Gower location, you are never usually more than 3 miles from the coast, so a day at one of the renowned sandy beaches of Oxwich, Rhossili or Port Eynon is a must. Entering this charming semi-detached cottage into a useful boot room with a WC and into a well-equipped kitchen/diner which has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table comfortably seats four. Through into the characterful lounge with two large sofas, an impressive grandfather clock and a warming wood burner where you can cuddle up on the sofa and watch the Smart TV. The beamed ceiling gives this room a cosy and welcoming ambience any time of the year and there are French doors to the rear garden. Up the stairs to the first floor where there are two bedrooms – the first is a good-sized double with the second being a twin bedroom with pleasant rural views. Across the landing to the bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.
Outside there is a large enclosed garden with lawn and patio, garden furniture, mature trees, a charcoal BBQ and views across the beautiful Rhossili Downs. Off road parking alongside the cottage for two cars. Eggs and Fresh Vegetables are available to purchase from the owner (seasonal only).
