We had a fantastic stay and Alison the owner was super helpful and friendly. For a relatively big party, we had 6 people, it is an excellent cottage. Lovely and warm, great kitchen and easy reach of both Conwy and Colwyn Bay. It was my wifes 60th birthday and Alison even had a cake made as a surprise which was a lovely touch. Thank you so much

We visited in early October and we absolutely loved the place. Alison was very welcoming without being intrusive and the written guides to local venues were both accurate and useful. The cottage has been modernised to a high level, the bathroom and shower room were particularly nice. We hope to return again.

Beautifully decorated and equipped cottage in a stunning location. The host was friendly and accommodating, we enjoyed our stay at Pen y Bryn. The back garden was spacious although there was no direct access to it from the house. Lots of things to do within a very short drive. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful cottage with all mod cons. Room for our family of 6 adults, two children and infant in travel cot. Standard of equipment, rooms, bedding facilities are wonderful. The location was great as we ventured around the region. Without exception a lovely place.
