Park the car and walk into this creatively designed 19th-century farmhouse, full of period charm, interesting features and pleasant surprises. The first room is the old bakery with an original bread oven, bowl and quarry tiles, now perfect as the boot room with a handy separate WC. Kick-off your boots and hang up your coats as continue your journey into the stylish kitchen. It is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and all the thoughtful little extras, there’s plenty of space to rustle up a meal with purchases from your travels. The large breakfast bar is a lovely space to enjoy morning coffee whilst looking through the cookery books to inspire your palate and menu for everyone to enjoy. The next room is the cosy snug with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, log burner and exposed beams creating a cosy room to gather around and plan your holiday activities. Continue round to the magnificent dining room with the dining table taking centre stage with a feature fireplace, sideboard and interesting artworks. After a jolly meal together, retire to the inviting lounge with a sumptuous corner sofa, TV and DVD, feature fireplace with electric fire and French doors leading out to the patio and garden, with fabulous estuary views beyond the garden. This is a lovely room to relax in catching up on each other’s news, snuggling up and watching a film or opening the doors and listening to birdsong. Upstairs you will find the inviting library landing, and three lovely bedrooms to choose from, the king-size, super-king-size (zip-and-link which can be made up as a twin on request) and the cosy twin room. Also on this floor is the stylish bathroom with bath, shower and WC. The house sits in the centre of the attractive gardens with the front being laid mostly to lawn with established trees, shrubs, plants and fabulous views over the fields and estuary. The enclosed garden boasts an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, sink and corner sun deck, alongside the wonderful hot tub and patio with table and chairs. Meryl was a great host. The house is amazing, a real home from home. A great location for traveling around North Wales and the coast. This is a lovely property, situated in a perfect location for exploring north Wales. The house has that home from home feel to it and the owners are very welcoming and friendly. Lovely holiday cottage/house. Very clean, great location next to the beach. Fantastic hot tub and outdoors facilities and plenty of towels available. Quiet area but not too far from town. Great stay would recommend.

The accommodation was lovely and spacious which was essential if you've got the lovely British weather with you and therefore unable to use the outdoor area much! We love the cottage, we went as a family of 7 including our very mischevious 2 year old pup! We spent a good week there and the weather was amazing which was a bonus. The location was so picturesque and great for when you want to be away from other people and just enjoy your time! Great facilities all around the cottage and lovely rooms. We all enjoyed the local produce left for us to try, the owners butter and cheese was particularly delicious. We visited the dairy farm shop where we got their own milk and all the children had milkshakes. Wonderful host Meryl. Thank you. Fabulous location but no easy walk to pubs etc. The track to the property is challenging. We had a 4x4 so no problem. If you are visiting dont bring your sports car. The views are amazing and the locals that we met were really friendly. The cottage is very good. Denby crockery, very clean and homely.

Amazing property. unbelievable views. Lovely welcome hamper from the owners. Two dogs loved the surrounding countryside to walk in. within driving distance of a number of beaches. Dinner at the Cherry Pie Inn, close by was superb. Would recommend to anyone. Absolutely ideal for a number of adults wanting a self contained, indulgent getaway.

We stayed 11th June to 18th and what can I say. Beautiful cottage with amazing views. The recently updating rear garden is a lovely space with bbq and ample seating. Oh not to mention the hot tub. Highly recommend. Our party consisted of 6 adults, 2kids and 2 infants. You would not be disappointed if you stayed here!

We had an amazing week at this fantastic house, stunning views wherever you looked. The dogs loved the big garden and had fun chasing each other around. The owners are lovely and on call if needed. The hot tub and BBQ area was also brilliant! I also loved the fresh flower arrangements, and welcome treat selection its a wonderful touch.

We really enjoyed our holiday. The view is AMAZING. We got lucky with the weather as well. Hot tub everyday is lovely especially the kids enjoyed it so much that even at 10pm they are still awake swimming. Could do with an outdoor shower though but everything else is amazing.
