Cottage very spacious with excellent views across the bay. Easy walking access down the hill to the town and to walking route across Barmouth rail bridge. Car parking for one car at front of building, remainder of parking at rear of building, was quite a trek to get to, up a steep hill.

The flat was clean, spacious and comfortable. A nice view from the lounge window. Parking was convenient but a bit of a challenge! We had an enjoyable holiday and would happily return.

The views from lounge and the main bedroom were wonderful and the location was good for a quick walk down into Barmouth. We loved the area for its beautiful coastlines and mountains. The walk along the Mawdach trail was gorgeous.

Great location with nice views towards the bay. The rooms are very generous in size but lack a bit of cosiness and charm.

Fantastic views over the estuary, nice large lounge with comfortable seating. The master bedroom is massive and the smaller bedroom which is still a decent size has an en-suite. The cottage has an extremely well fitted out kitchen with everything youll need. Overall an extremely good week. Parking space in the front drive is a bit tight for the twoRead more ground floor apartments and you may need to find out whos going out first in the morning. However this was not a problem for us at all. Hide

The view from this property is amazing which makes up for its deficiencies. There is no phone signal though Wi-fi is good (though not in the small bedroom) & parking can be tricky however it is well equipped, reasonably clean and comfortable.

This flat is in one of the most beautiful locations and certainly worth the money. It is very spacious and comfortable, and a perfect distance to local walks and amenities. We found the sound proofing between the properties is not great, but the flat is still worth it despite any noise there may be.

Thank you, we have had another wonderful week in Barmouth. We stayed at the property last year and loved it so much that we returned. The living room and main bedroom are both very comfortable and spacious, with stunning views of the sea. The kitchen is well equipped (apart from a dishwasher) and the apartment is overall very spacious, with plenty Read moreof room to put beach equipment, etc, out of the way. We really love walking down to the beach, shops and cafes of Barmouth. Roll on next year! Hide
