A detached house, set with two similar properties looking out to splendid views of the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons. Ideal for families or couples with walks and interesting towns close by.

This detached house, all on one level, is set overlooking the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons, off the road between the villages of Talgarth and Bronllys. An excellent spot to simply relax and an excellent base to explore the national park, Wye Valley or visit the town of books, Hay-on-Wye which is just 5 miles. Many activities on offer such as golf, pony trekking, canoeing and beautiful walks.

Enter through a stable door into stylish kitchen/diner, which is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, dishwasher and table and chairs. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, which have been thoughtfully laid out, each with their own wardrobes and en-suite shower and WC. Making this ideal for families and couples to enjoy whilst having their own privacy and space.

Outside there is a patio with bench table to enjoy a nice glass of wine in the sun. Large open grassed area, which is shared with two cottages, with plenty of room to run off the children’s energy. Parking is adjacent to the cottage.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Stunning location, lovely owner and a wonderful break. The views are awe inspiring and we had a great time both kayaking and gully walking. A great and well needed break.

Great location for exploring the Brecon Beacons National Park. The view of the Black Mountains from the cottage was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the very tasty Welsh cakes left for us on arrival. We would love to make a return visit at some point.

A nice clean cottage in a stunning location. Each room has a superb en-suite shower room which is perfect with two children, good size rooms and although it's off the A438, the road is not too busy so noise is not an issue. It's within easy distance of everything you could need, just down the road from the Black Mountain Activities centre and not fRead morear from Brecon and Hay-on-Wye. Lovely accommodation, and a warm and friendly welcome. Ideally located to visit Talgarth, Brecon, Hereford, Hay on Wye, Leominster and the Brecon Beacons National Park, to name a few local attractions. Glorious views, and good places to eat out within a few miles (the River Cafe at Glasbury just up the road was particularly good).

Lovely accommodation. Has everything you need and comfy beds. Just a few other holiday homes set in a large green space with stunning views. Only downside: very close to A road although you cant see the road you can hear the traffic. Not a problem inside accommodation or at night. Owners very friendly and helpful.
