The property forms part of a Medieval Manor House dating back to the 1300s. This recently renovated property is completely private and self-contained, accessed by its own entrance overlooking a charming wooded dingle. There are lots of period features throughout the property giving it a relaxed and welcoming ambience. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful hideaway with only birdsong and the tinkle of a quiet stream to calm the senses, it offers one of the most peaceful locations in mid-Wales, yet is only 40 minutes from the stunning Aberdovey estuary to the west.

The entrance hallway allows access to the stairway and upper floor and the kitchen. The cottage-style kitchen has a quarry-tiled floor and is fully-equipped with micro-wave, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge and dining area. Beyond the kitchen an ancient slated rear hall allows access to a contemporary shower room and WC on one side and a characterful sitting room on the other with a magnificent inglenook complete with cosy wood burner (first basket of logs included) and comfy sofas to curl up in plus the TV. The house is decorated with original art work throughout for you to enjoy and benefits from lovely pastoral views from every aspect.

Outside there is a pleasant terrace with seating a private hot tub and a secluded lawned area surrounded by flowers and trees.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
