This delightful, detached property with sea views is a perfect retreat for families and friends looking to spend quality time together. Located just 1 mile from the picturesque harbour town of New Quay where you can enjoy plenty of fun-filled days at the beach and experience spectacular boat excursions to view seals and dolphins. The town provides plenty of tasty eateries and shops to explore or simply admire the beautiful ocean views as you stroll along the tumbling streets. Should you wish to sample other equally stunning and interesting seaside resorts, Llangrannog (11.5 miles W) famous for its caves, Tresaith (13.7 miles W) with its marvellous waterfall and Aberaeron (6.5 miles E) another busy and popular harbour town make for great days out.

Enter this property by stepping into the main hallway from which you will find plenty of spaces to hang out and enjoy time with your guests. A fun games room complete with a pool table and air hockey will keep the children busy. Sneak off for some quiet time in the cosy snug room. Gather everyone to the living/dining room which provides plenty of seating and is ideal for enjoying a family movie or board game. Lovely house. Location and views fab Beds not comfortable tho Overall tho had a fab time and would go back again
