The bungalow is lovely, as 2 families with young children aged 5 and under the layout worked well for us. The games room allowed a separate space for the children to play in, and as its at the other end to the bedrooms good for the early risers to go and play and not disturb the others. An excellent property. The games room was a super surprise. The Jacuzzi was a real bonus. All in all it was the standout property we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in dozens over the years. Should also say that the quietness and wonderful view were only surpassed by the 4 horses grazing in the field directly over the wall, from the lounge.
