Lovely little cottage, and the space is used very well. Really welcoming touches like fresh flowers, bread, homemade marmalade. Plenty of information about things to do.

The cottage is very clean and near great hiking spot. The bed is a queen size (140cm) with a spring mattress so it bounces a lot. The house is few meters away for a very busy road with big trucks and cars that you can hear from the cottage all day (and stil a bit at night) - even with closed windows. There is no curtains or shutters in the living rRead moreoom next to the bedroom so if you like to sleep with open door - you might be disturbed by the street lamp at night that enlighten a lot. A very well equipped cottage within easy reach of lots of fantastic walks, some of the side roads were a bit narrow but plenty of places to pull in to let traffic pass. Would definitely visit again.

Lovely cottage, clean and cozy, located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons. Ample space in the hallway for dirty/wet boots/coats. Rear yard was ideal for the dog! Living room was cosy with large skylights allowing plenty of sunlight in. Underfloor heating in the shower room was a bonus! Really lovely, cosy cottage. Very clean & well equipped with high quality kitchen wear, bedding, towels etc. Fab hosts. Local busses are great to go to Brecon, Crickhowell, Abergavenny etc. Car park space was brilliant as didn't use car once through our break. Lovely local pub, best to book if you want to eat. .....Perfect retreat. THANK U.

We had a perfect week in this lovely cottage. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Thank you for the welcome treats and the very useful walks guides and maps. We would love to return.

Lovely, well equipped cottage in a good position for walking and visiting the surrounding countryside, with a thoughtful owner. We were there during a heatwave. The downstairs stayed relatively cool, but upstairs was hot. The owner offered us a fan, but we managed without. Be aware, though, it's on a main road, so if you're around in the day and neRead moreed the upstairs windows wide open, there will be traffic noise. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit, in spite of the heat. Hide
