Rest assured, all of our properties have full descriptions online. Please pay particular
attention to both the 'Overview' and the 'Need to know' sections. Our website reflects real-time
availability so you can find all available properties by searching online or by choosing
specific dates in the calendar on our property description pages.

To book your holiday navigate to a property and choose the green "Book now" option below the availability calendar. All last minute bookings will be checked before processing payments.
Discounted ferry schemes are available for travel to the Isle of Wight.
Your contact details and marketing preferences can be changed within your account.
To change details on your booking such as guests, dogs and extras.
You can request to amend your holiday dates but please be aware this is not always possible and charges do apply. For details simply login to your account and select the "Amend booking" button.
To pay your balance quickly and securely, simply log in to your account, choose bookings from the
menu and press the "Pay balance" button.
You can cancel your booking within your account by pressing the "Amend booking" button.
For general help not relating to altering booking info, changing your dates or the cancellation
of your booking.
To resolve an issue while on holiday as soon as possible, please get in touch directly with the
named property contact shown on your booking details. Should you require further support we are
on hand to help.

Are you currently on holiday? For the quickest resolution to your
complaint please raise it directly with the contact provided in your
pre holiday emails. This contact is also listed in the booking
details in your account.
If your holiday has finished or if your complaint has not been resolved
by your holiday contact, then please send us an email using the "Raise a complaint"
form below. We will investigate your points and be in contact as soon as possible.

owner account which can be accessed via the owner website or the Travel Chapter app, each of
which also give the ability to place owner bookings. Please refer to the “Booking a holiday”
section for customer booking enquiries.
