Nestled between the Black Mountains, on the eastern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Wye Valley. It is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and relax in the great Welsh outdoors. The area is also steeped in history with some of Europe’s finest surviving castles, Abergavenny Castle set against the spectacular hills and Crickhowell Castle, a prominent feature within a small market town, or if you want more of an adventure try canoeing or kayaking on the River Wye. The area is also host to a vibrant events calendar to include Usk show and Abergavenny food festival.

Climb the wrought iron steps to the entrance of this roof top apartment where you will step into the eaves of the tea room, the entrance hall gives access to the lounge/kitchen/diner a cosy space finished with vibrant colours, soft furnishings and a contemporary style. The lounge area situated to the side with leather sofa, armchair set in front of the Smart TV. For dining a large breakfast bar with stools set to the rear of the kitchen is just perfect for a simple supper. The kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Just off the hallway you will find a stylish double bedroom with velux window offering views across the countryside. There is a bathroom where you can take some time to soak in the free standing bath along with a separate shower and WC. 

Enjoy a morning coffee on your private terrace overlooking the countryside or have your breakfast or lunch delivered to your door.  There is parking for one car.

Lovely apartment in beautiful area with lots to do and see and ideal for walking. However it didn't have an information book so we had to Google recycling, local information etc and had no safety information. There was only 2 sets of crockery which was inconvenient, more baking equipment would have made cooking easier. The cafe was also closed all Read moreweek so we didn't get the benefit of that or to meet the hosts. Overall we were slightly disappointed in our stay Hide
