Idyllic location 2 miles from historic Llanwrst with it’s Tudor Gwydir Castle, play park, eateries and independent shops. Betws-y-coed, 5 miles, is known as the gateway to Snowdonia National Park, where the River Conwy meets its three tributaries the Llugwy, the Lledr and the Machno. Full of outdoor activities, craft, shops, galleries, pubs and historic bridges over rivers and streams. Discover waterfalls, river pools and hilltop lakes alongside the majestic mountains and dense woodland. Enjoy walking, climbing, canoeing, kayaking and fishing in breath-taking scenery. Arrive at the property, park your car on the drive and take a moment to embrace the majestic view. Enter the cottage via the back door with space for your coats and walking boots in the hall. To your right is the lovely kitchen/diner with superb views. Rustle up a lovely meal in the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. There’s plenty of space for you all to gather round the dining table and enjoy a meal together and maybe play board games after dinner or go out to the games barn with table tennis and table football. Continue through to the cosy lounge with wood burner and TV, perfect to relax on the sofa, watch a film or plan your holiday activities. Also on the ground floor is the spacious bathroom with shower over bath and WC, enjoy a leisurely bath or shower after a full day out. Up the stairs there are two comfortable bedrooms to choose from, the double with TV or the lovely twin. Both bedrooms have beautiful views to wake up to.

The elevated enclosed position of this semi-detached stone cottage commands fantastic panoramic views over Snowdonia National Park, embrace the views and enjoy the sunshine on the paved patio. The games barn is perfect to test your skill at table tennis. Enjoy al fresco dining with the table, seating and charcoal BBQ provided. Great location for visiting North Wales. Roads to all areas easily accessible from the property. We did a lot of exploring to learn more about the area for future visits in summertime. Enjoyed our 3 nights in the cottage. Mrs Roberts was very helpful when I enquired about the WiFi.

This is the most beautiful cottage with the most stunning views. It's cosy and has everything you need to cater for yourselves. Its remoteness gives you a sense of complete detachment from the world, yet it's within a 30 min drive of the coast, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno etc with amazing dog friendly beaches. A lovely cosy little cottage to cwtch in on rainy evenings. An amazing view from the garden of the beautiful Welsh countryside. We enjoyed a very relaxing few days and the cottage has everything you need.

A lovely cottage in an amazing location. It was just the right size for us (family of 3 + dog) and was lovely and quiet. The views from the kitchen window made washing up a joy! The enclosed dog-friendly garden was greatly enjoyed by our cocker spaniel, and the views from the bench seat were amazing - many a happy hour just spent sitting with a driRead morenk in hand, gazing at the hills. it's a magical place! the cottage was ready for our arrival, clean and cozy and a fantastic fireplace! beautiful views of the mountains and the company of wonderful cows . ideal location for hiking and long walks. I will surely recommend this place.

The stairs were a bit steep apart from that it was welcoming spacious and beautifully decorated for Christmas with a wood burner in the living room a large kitchen/diner and large bathroom. The views all around the property were beautiful. My three little dogs loved it with a large garden at the back where they could run about. The cottage was really warm on arrival, some areas need a little TLC such as the kitchen, glasses and equipment. Overall was very nice. Sofas are not great but tvs in each bedroom!

Lovely cottage with stunning views. Bear in mind that you cannot walk anywhere from here as it is on a single track road with no grass verge. Betwsy-co-ed is lovely with many places to eat and drink.

The cottage was lovely and comfortable with amazing views to sit in the garden and relax whist on holiday but the location is quite isolated on a single track road making it difficult to walk the dogs outside the cottage.

The cottage was well appointed with with all the required fixtures and furnishings. The enclosed garden was exactly right for our dog, and the view across to Snowdonia was stunning, but this means it is exposed and can be windy. Its position was well located: Llanwrst for the Co-op, Betws Y Coed was close by, easy to get to Llandudno (by train, butRead more check to timetable to get the best out of it), and relatively easy drives to Blaenau Ffestiniog, Porthmadog, and Caernarfon.
