An attractive, period holiday home, offering three storeys of well-proportioned accommodation, together with a sunny courtyard, all within a central Tenby setting.

Head out from this impressive holiday home, which sleeps up to ten guests, and find everything you need within a 300m radius. Wander through Tenby, browsing in interesting shops and choosing where to eat out. Find the sandy North Beach just 200m away and the 1.5-mile long, dune-backed South Beach approximately 300m from this holiday home. Pick up fish and chips and eat them by the harbour, also taking in the views of the castle. Head out of Tenby to explore the rolling Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Take a 5.5-mile walk along the coast path to Manorbier, with its sandy cove, which is a favourite with surfers and has a medieval castle above its bay. Take a 3-mile trip out of Tenby to spend time at Manor House Wildlife Park.

Arrive at this splendid, six-bedroom, Edwardian house, with its welcoming yellow facade, and step into the entrance hall. Wander into the lounge to find the TV, which has Sky and Freeview, or select a DVD from the extensive collection. Members of your party can also spread out into the sitting room to watch TV or play games. Cook up tasty feasts in the spacious kitchen/diner at this house, where you will find a large gas range, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Head up the stairs to the first floor, where three of the bedrooms are situated, together with a bathroom, which has a bath, separate shower and WC. One of the bedrooms at this level is a twin; another has a king-size bed and the third is a single room. Make your way up to the second floor to find two more twin bedrooms and a single bedroom, as well as a shower room, with WC.

On warm days, make the most of the enclosed courtyard, where you can pull up a deckchair, light the BBQ and relax in the sunshine. From out here there is also access to the utility room, which comes with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There were 9 of us so having just two toilets, one of which was in the main bathroom and unavailable if anyone was showering etc, was difficult to manage. Otherwise the location and facilities were good. This was the second time we have hired this house and would do so again.

The position and facilities of the property made for a perfect family holiday. The beaches were clean and safe. The excellent provision of restaurants and take-away establishments meant we need never have cooked (we did). The provision shops are reasonably well stocked and just a short walk away. I'd recommend the house to anyone with a large familRead morey wishing to stay in Tenby. Everyone from my four-year old grandson to his 76-year-old grandfather enjoyed the holiday. Hide

This is a well equipped place with eveything that you need. It's close to the shops and the beach. Fairly quiet. A lovely place to stay at a reasonable price.

Great property for a large group (there were 9 of us & we were very comfortable). Good selection of DVDs, books & games. Baby equipment was very much appreciated, as was the courtyard garden. Perfect location for beach, town, car parks, supermarkets etc: all within a short walk. Nice sized bedrooms with comfy beds & clean bedding.

The property was absolutely stunning. Could not believe the amount of things there. All kitchen facilities, utilities, etc. Definitely suitable for a large family holiday, countless DVD's Books, games everything!! Although there were only 6 of us, we booked a larger property as we needed a lot of open space as one of our group is partially sighted.Read more We were all very, very pleased and thoroughly enjoyed our break. This is the 2nd time I have stayed in this property. Very central and clean and tidy. The property is the same as my last stay 8 years ago. Needs a little TLC but overall fabulous location and plenty of space.

Really well presented property, plenty of space for ten people. well stocked kitchen and appliances. Good location for train station and supermarket parking. Only ten minute walk to town centre and beaches. Local chippy at top of Warren St highly recommended (Oh My Cod).

Perfect holiday house in a great location close to all the beaches and Tenby town centre. Supermarkets 5 min walk. The railway station car park is very reasonable high season 4 per day low season 1 per day. and its less than a minuet from the house. There are two lounges one has a TV with a book case full of DVD's and books, the second lounge has lRead moreots of board games as well as an acoustic guitar. This is the second time we have stayed at the Summerville. We'll be back soon and stay again. Hide
