Beautifully presented two-bedroom apartment within easy reach if all of Tenby's main attractions and good access to the Pembrokeshire Coast.

Situated on a side street just off Tenby's famous Esplanade overlooking the South Beach, you can be on the beach within minutes from here! A stroll along The Esplanade will bring you to the Tenby town walls and all the shops, bars, restaurants and ice cream shops Tenby can offer. With a plethora of upcoming eateries, Tenby is fast becoming a destination for foodies. Visit the iconic harbour and take a boat out to Caldey Island - a peaceful haven with its own beach and monastery. Be sure try to the delicious Caldey Island chocolate while you are there. Nearby attractions such as Manor Park Zoo, Folly Farm, and Oakwood Theme Park are all within a short driving distance for a great family day out.

As you enter the building, take the stairs up to the third floor, then through the apartment door, there are an additional set of stairs to gain access to this penthouse apartment. Don't let the stairs put you off though - the tranquillity and space are worth the effort! The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is light and airy and the perfect spot for your next holiday. The lounge has a comfortable, L-shaped sofa and a TV and DVD player to enjoy on nights in. A smart speaker and WiFi has also been provided for your entertainment, unwind with the radio while playing board games or preparing your picnic for a day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, under counter fridge, and a washing machine, plus all the cooking utensils you'd need to rustle up a meal at the end of a day exploring. There is a dining table for four in the dining area which can be pulled out or put back as needed to create more space. The master bedroom has a double bed plus a Juliette balcony which overlooks the town with distant sea views. It also has the use of an en-suite shower room with a WC. The second bedroom is a double room with views to the front of the property. There is a bathroom off the living area with a bath and WC. Just off the lounge, there is a small wooden staircase up to a mezzanine level, where you will find a daybed for extra seating. It's a place to unwind and relax, and there is additional space there for belongings or to air your laundry. Please be advised the mezzanine is open so may not be suitable for young children. Further to this, there is a small utility room just off the staircase to enter the living area, with a chest freezer and also storage for beach and cleaning equipment.

Although the property does not have any outside space, the beach can be reached within 75 yards of the building. Parking available either on the street in non-residents spaces (subject to availability) or in a public car park just 75 yards away.

A very well appointed and furnished property, ok its at the top of the stairs but it was quiet, spacious and very warm - highly recommended !

A really lovely flat, very clean and cosy, a well equipped kitchen and really comfortable beds. Excellently situated, very easy to find due to instructions and lovely to return to at the end of the day. Tenby is a vibrant town, friendly, with plenty of cafes and restaurants, good shops and wonderful beaches. Although it is situated at the top of thRead moree house, the stairs are easy to manage and won't be a problem for anyone unless you have mobility issues. I would highly recommend this property. A beautiful flat in an ideal location. It had all the facilities/utensils we needed and the smart tv and Wi-Fi were both very good (very important with two teenagers!). The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept brilliantly all week.

The flat is very comfortable and is ideally located with everything you could need in Tenby right on the doorstep. It is our second stay here and we will definitely be back again.

A really lovely flat, we felt very comfortable and relaxed: a perfect holiday hideaway yet so close to the sea. The fittings and decorations are excellent making the flat distinctive and welcoming. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in!! We'd love to come and stay again.

Very conveniently located in between 2 car parks. Five arches car park has 4 EV charges. Comfortable beds with quality linen.

Lovely flat, well cleaned, great location. Very limited parking but we found parking in the nearby South Bay car park fine, though not cheap. Unfortunately the duvets were winter weight for late Spring, very uncomfortable.
