A lovely place to spend a week on holiday in Wales! Absolutely perfect when you have a dog with you. The house itself was lovely. Very old and quirky but with a perfect compliment of modern fixtures and fittings. A few low door frames and a steep staircase but that goes with theage of this lovely place. The secure rear garden was perfect for the doRead moreg. Great walks on the doorstep, stunning scenery and a huge beach down the road made this holiday just about perfect. Myself, my husband and our two (medium-sized) dogs had a fantastic time at Meirion House! There was plenty of space for all of us (though it is worth noting that the owners prefer no dogs on the furniture or upstairs), and the garden is pretty secure. Great to have an enclosed garden for travelling with our dog. Waterfall walk nearby was spectacular. Handy location for visiting attractions in the area. The cottage itself is small but well equipped. This was our second visit and we plan to return. The low doorways and steep stairs were a bit of a challenge for my 6'7" tall husband but other featuRead moreres compensate for that. Hide
