The Tea Room on the harbour and a visit to the Yacht club is a must. Don’t forget to visit the ice cream van also as you walk to the Iconic lighthouse, sandy beach and lifeboat station within a 5-minute walk from the property. Explore the small town of Burry Port with its array of shops, pubs, restaurants and take away outlets. The railway station is within the town and why not pop on to a train and visit Carmarthen, Swansea or even Cardiff. Golfers can enjoy Ashburnham Golf Course (0.5 miles), one of the oldest and finest golf courses in Wales. Why not visit the town of Llanelli and watch a film at the cinema or call in at the Parc Y Scarlet, rugby playing field and watch a game. Or have a go at throwing a pot at the local pottery in Pembrey.
