Situated on the western edge of the popular seaside holiday resort Porthcawl, overlooking South Wales’s top surfing beach and neighbouring award-winning Royal Golf Porthcawl it will quickly become clear that there is plenty to do and see during your holiday here. Grab your binoculars and travel north or south on the beautiful and rugged Welsh coastal path which will take you past sandy beaches and nature reserves with a diverse range of flora and fauna. Hire a bike or surfboard from the state-of-the-art water sports centre or just sit back and relax and listen to the waves at one of the local beachfront cafes. Other areas to visit may include Swansea (20 miles) another stunning seaside resort and Cardiff, the capital of Wales.

This luxurious apartment subtly decorated in soft whites and lavishly furnished with style and finesse has a long hallway from the entrance with two large storage cupboards to store your walking equipment and beach items as well as a washer/dryer. The first room off the hallway is a sumptuous master bedroom with a king-size bed, dressing table and chair and an en-suite shower room and WC. The second bedroom which includes a cosy double bed and a high window seat to enjoy those stunning sea views is next door and to the end of the hallway is a large family bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Finally, move into the magnificent open plan living space with its high ceilings and large windows that allow the light to flood in and from which to enjoy the sea views. Curl up at night on the sumptuous velvet sofa which also doubles as a king-size bed, sip your morning coffee in one of the stylish leather swivel chairs and make exciting day trip plans around the breakfast bar. Dine-in luxury on the handcrafted iron chairs around an amazing driftwood dining table topped with glass. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a good meal including an induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and wine cooler fridge.

Outside you have a private patio area, portable chairs and a portable gas BBQ are at the property for your use, so you can sit back and relax and enjoy those stunning sunsets. There is a communal bike storage area in the central courtyard and designated parking for two vehicles.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful setting, with lots of walks etc on the doorstep. If some of the equipment and furniture was updated together with a good deep clean this could be an excellent place to holiday.

Perfect location, beautiful views. Early morning walks on the beach were perfect. The apartment has everything you could need for a short or long stay. Lovely welcome goody box. Very thoughtfully put together. Bed was so comfy. Plenty of towels etc. And everywhere was so clean and tidy. Thank you.

Well furnished and very comfortable apartment, in a lovely setting overlooking Royal Porthcawl Golf Club and Rest Bay. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Beach on your doorstep and great for walking. Path all the way into Porthcawl and along the Golf Club fence. Highly recommend this property.

Everything was great and all of my family loved this place. Easy access to the beach and golf club was a great benefit! You can see sun set from the living room which is fantastic. On a rainy day, kids were able to watch movies on a big screen with a projector like a theatre, they loved it so much. Definitely want to come back to this place again nRead moreext summer!! Hide

Fantastic location and views and overall very well presented. Beach is a 2 minute walk. Golden sand with rocks and rock pools. Kitchen moderately well equipped - only one glass, no wine glasses. We struggled to find a baking tray and no frying pan . The hob is induction. The coffee machine is a filter machine for those coffee lovers. Gorgeous apartment in lovely location. Very comfortable beds, good to have 2 bathrooms, great sea views. Small teething problems - not given correct entry code, no welcome pack. A voile or blind in en suite would protect privacy - frosting doesn't work at night! But beautiful place & we would definitely return

A very pleasant apartment with plenty of entertainment available both inside and outside (water sports.) With great view from the lounge overlooking the sea . It has a patio which you get to via the main entrance. Easy access to coastal path . Shop a little further away than expected. Better to go into town, where you have a wider choice of shops aRead morend restaurants. Some dog friendly.
