A haven for nature lovers, this cosy log cabin is set amongst running streams and rolling hills opposite animal paddocks.

This fabulous lodge is located 6 miles from the charming spa town of Llandrindod Wells where you can enjoy water sports on the lake or a gentle stroll around it, followed by tea and cake. 14 miles west of the lodge is the magnificent Elan Valley, where a day of exploring this stunning countryside and dams by bike, foot or even horseback will take your breath away. 15 miles away is the historic market town of Builth Wells set on the banks of the River Wye and home to the annual Royal Welsh Show. There are also several picturesque golf clubs in the surrounding area.

Situated opposite the paddock under a canopy of trees is this spacious and bright log cabin. Enter through the front door into an open-plan living/kitchen and dining area. This is a great space to hang out, relax, and discuss the adventures to be had. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Relax on the soft grey sofas while enjoying your favourite programmes on the Smart TV or unwind with a book in front of the wood burner-effect electric fire. Take time to appreciate your morning coffee and croissants at the breakfast island or get stuck in with a family feast at the dining table. The log cabin has a shower room with a shower enclosure and a WC, one king size bedroom and one twin room, each including hanging rails and storage space for your clothes.

Heading outside, you will find a fully enclosed private lawn and patio area with bistro table for al fresco dining and a hot tub, perfect for relaxation time while your four-legged friend runs freely. Extend your days when the evenings get chilly by huddling around the firepit at the front of the property. There are off-road parking spaces for two vehicles at the front of the property.

  • 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

This cottage was beyond expectations. My partner brought me here for my birthday and I couldnt have been happier. It is cosy, comforting, has all the necessities for a beautiful break away. The hot tub was clean and relaxing and there were many beautiful accessories to give a more homely and cosy feel. We will definitely be returning as soon as posRead moresible and could not be happier with how we were treated. The host was more than helpful and accommodating Overall a lovely stay! Hide

A lovely clean cottage, in nice condition and in a lovely setting. Hot tub was fantastic, even in the middle of December. Dogs are well catered for.

Storage in the bedrooms is very limited but the cottage itself was very nice comfortable

Everything you need for a families week stay. Lovely lodge and very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was amazing and all the surrounding areas made it feel really relaxed. Owners were quick to respond to answer our query. Couldnt have asked for anymore. Amazing.

The lodge is a great place to stay, very clean and spacious. Hot tub was lovely for relaxing in the evening. Good location for day trips. Would recommend alpaca walking in Brecon, Devils Bridge and the Small Breeds Farm Park and Owl Centre
