This cosy middle barn with an enclosed patio garden, is perfect for enjoying river and valley views from an idyllic spot near Bala. Ideal for a couple exploring Snowdonia National Park. There is so much to do on your doorstep. Bala, 3.5 miles away, offers cafes, pubs, shops, a swimming pool and Wales’s largest natural lake. Enjoy paddleboarding, boating, a stroll around the lake or ride around on the steam railway. Being in the southern tip of Snowdonia National Park, you can enjoy an abundance of footpaths and cycle routes, superb fishing, varied activities and events in and around this stunning scenery.

The middle barn is light and spacious with all you need for your romantic holiday. Walk into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and enjoy a coffee or tea as you settle into the barn. If you decide to eat in, with local purchases from your travels, the kitchen area is a sociable space, and the dining table is the perfect setting for a romantic meal together. You will find a washing machine in the shared laundry room. After a full day out, relax on the sofa to enjoy your favourite programmes on the Smart TV or plan your next activity. There is a separate WC on the ground floor. When ready for bed, head upstairs to the spacious bedroom with a double bed which has been designed for a good night’s sleep. Enjoy a leisurely soak in the stylish bathroom in the morning and get ready for your next adventure.

Outside, enjoy afternoon tea at the table and chairs in the enclosed patio making the most of this elevated location with lovely views over the rolling countryside and river in the distance. Maybe light the charcoal BBQ for a spot of al fresco dining. You are welcome to explore the designated footpaths in the farmland on this working farm and stroll down to the River Dee.

What a fantastic break we had, the location and cottage were second to none, The walks around the farm are breath taking, only a few minutes from Bala but far enough for a bit of peace and quiet, can't wait to get back next year.

Set up on a hill with stunning views over the countryside are these beautiful cottages. They look small from the outside but you enter into a very well appointed and large living room and kitchen. A very comfortable sofa is provided and a wall mounted TV. The kitchen area is spacious and well equipped.. Lovely staircase to the upstairs to a big batRead morehroom and bedroom. The bed was plenty big enough and comfortable. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Had a great stay will hopefully return. Hide

Thank you for a wonderful stay, helped by good weather and Sue - who is a lovely, friendly host. The views across the valley are mesmerising! The cottage was beautifully clean and well equipped. The only note of caution is that there are multiple cottages on the same site and the outdoor areas are not separated.

Very comfortable, light & bright conversion (part of 3 or 4 modernised units in an old stable block). Interior was spacious for 2 people and the fitments etc modern & accessible. A wonderfully located cottage with outstanding views over Bala and the surrounding area. Well equipped with all the necessary essentials for a relaxed break. The whole experience will be remembered for a long time coming. Well be back!

The view from the front of cottage was great, staying on a working farm was a nice change however, we had our two spaniels with us and both were restricted to the slabbed front garden or had to be on leads. A fenced off field for them to run free would of made their holiday. The family run business made us feel at home and the girls were very helpfRead moreul.
