Just 2.5 miles from Llangollen with its steam railway, horse-drawn canal rides, white water rafting on the River Dee, fabulous eateries and independent shops. Visit Pistyll Rhaeadr, Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and National Trusts Chirk Castle and Erdigg. This is an all year round destination.

Our stay at this beautiful cottage was everything and more. From the moment we arrived, after driving through stunning scenery, we wanted for nothing. We enjoyed the cottage this past week, its a lovely village in a stunning area, easy access to Llangollen and attractions. The Glyn Valley Hotel a good place to eat - we certainly boosted the local economy there !!!!

Lovely cottage in peaceful surroundings. Beautiful gardens and outside spaces. Very comfortable beds and well equipped for a weeks stay. No phone signal unless you are on EE. Very good WiFi though.

We had a fantastic week at Courtyard Cottage. David and Jonathan have equipped and decorated it beautifully, with so many thoughtful touches. The garden is stunning and the summer house is a really cosy and beautiful place to sit. The location is great. It is in a small and beautiful village with nice walks and a pub which we tried out for dinner -Read more good quality, traditional food. Llangollen is in easy reach, as are the beautiful sights of North Wales. Highly recommend. Hide

Courtyard Cottage is a lovely tranquil and cosy place to stay; quiet and peaceful with many interesting things to explore locally. The cottage, garden and heated summer house reflect the owners' caring and thoughtful attitude towards guests. All the people I met in Glyn Ceiriog were friendly and helpful. I lovely holiday to remember and return to!

Lovely stay in your cottage, everything was just what we wanted from our little break, People around were very friendly even the local cat came to visit each day. Facilities were good and beds were very comfortable. The garden was amazing. Thank you for having us to stay, would recommend to anyone.
