Ideal for families or groups of friends to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. This lovely, dog-friendly cottage is adjacent to the farmhouse on a 250-acre organic farm with private woodlands and a freshwater stream, perfect for paddling. It is situated on top of Llanllwni mountain with stunning panoramic views of Mid Wales. The village of Llanllwni itself is 3.9 miles away and has a village shop and pub. Great for dog walking and mountain biking, and close to the renowned Brechfa Forest, with the stunning beaches and coves of Cardigan Bay just 22 miles away. Llanllwni mountain is also a dark-sky location that is perfect for stargazing. The cottage is accessed via a farm track of approx. 1.5 miles. This makes the property very special being a complete escape to the country, however, it may not be suitable for low-wheel-based vehicles.

You enter this welcoming property into the conservatory which is a lovely place to sit and relax whilst enjoying the beautiful scenery. The galley kitchen is just off the conservatory which has a breakfast bar, and everything required to cook up a delicious meal. The utility room and the ground floor shower room is just off the kitchen area. The lounge/dining room has a comfortable large leather corner suite, a Smart TV and a cosy wood burner with plenty of logs provided in the lounge area. A perfect place for relaxing after a long day exploring the rural surroundings. Sit around and enjoy a meal together or enjoy a good card game. On the first floor you will find the master double bedroom which has an en-suite shower room. The first floor shower room with WC can be adapted to be an en-suite for the master bedroom, or a family shower room, servicing all the bedrooms as required. There is a second comfortable double, and a third twin bedroom with two single beds.

The property is set on a working farm with plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There is an enclosed dog paddock with seating for you to exercise your four-legged friends, while you admire the views across the countryside. There is a fire pit where you can toast marshmallows. You will be able to enjoy a spot of stargazing and on a clear night with zero light pollution, this is the perfect place to cosy up with a blanket and glass of your favourite refreshment. There is ample private parking for three cars.

Many Thanks to Vicky and Tim. Cottage was fantastic and clean. The welcome bread and bits were all delicious the eggs being our favourite. The dogs absolutely loved having there own secure run. We will definatly be booking this again.

Hosts are welcoming and are always on hand if needed but not intrusive by no means. Beautiful location with breathtaking views. Secure Dog paddock for the dogs to run around, and plenty of walks available around the farm. Its organic so dont have to worry about you dogs! The cottage is well equipped and spacious, beautifully decorated and very cleaRead moren. For this who like the beaches, not too long a drive away, with plenty of dog friendly beaches, Throughly recommended this place Hide
