Attractive bungalow with a garden in the village of Ponterwyd – the perfect base for exploring the beautiful rolling countryside, Cambrian Mountains and coastal towns. Enjoy Bwlch Nant yr Arian Forest for woodland walks (2.5 miles), Devils Bridge Falls for breathtaking views and the famous waterfalls (4 miles) and see remnants of the submerged forest at Borth Beach (15 miles). Aberystwyth (13 miles) is a vibrant town full of historic sites, museums, galleries, shops, cafes and restaurants not forgetting the beach, busy marina and funicular railway. Take a trip on a steam train with the Vale of Rheidol Railway, visit Silver Mountain Experience (2 miles) and the Red Kite Feeding Station (2.5 miles). The property is ideal for friends and family to relax and enjoy an active adventure together all year round.

On entering this delightful bungalow with contemporary interiors, you will find yourself in the hall with space to hang up your coats. If you decide to eat in with local produce purchased on your travels, the stylish kitchen is a lovely space to rustle up a meal with views over the rear patio and up to the hills. When ready, the dining table is the perfect setting to gather round planning your activities over dinner in the lounge/diner. After a full day out, relax on the comfortable sofas, watch a film on the Smart TV or listen to music as you catch up on each other’s news. When ready for bed there are two lovely bedrooms to choose from: the king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower; or the spacious twin. Take a leisurely start to the day in bathroom in preparation for the day ahead.

Heading outside, you can relax in the garden with lawn to the front and large paved patio at the rear with table, chairs and charcoal BBQ to make the most of the weather. If you are bringing your bikes or paddleboards, there is plenty of space in the lockable garage.

Really lovely house very comfortable. The surrounding countryside is amazing. Some really great places to visit. Make sure you look in all the drawers to find where everything is kept very clean house and very enjoyable stay.
