This cottage is one of three beautiful holiday properties nestled above the tidal banks of the River Towy at Bronyn Farm, within the charming Carmarthenshire countryside and enjoying truly fantastic, open views across the river towards Llansteffan and Carmarthen Bay. Located right next to the Wales Coast Path, a little over a mile’s walk brings you to the square of the seaside village of Ferryside which was originally a ferry crossing to Llansteffan. The ferry has recently been reinstated and can be enjoyed during the summer months. The village has a pub serving local ales and live music to enjoy, a small general store and a railway station, with a fantastic beach to explore with the whole family. Visit the well-known Botanical Gardens (16 miles) where you’ll find an inspiring range of themed gardens, including the Tropical House and Aqualab where kids can explore a treasure chest of natural wonders through a number of activities.

Originally the coach house to the stables, this stone retreat has been lovingly restored using a mix of modern and original materials. The main entrance is through double-glazed French doors located at the gable end, leading into the lounge/diner where you will find comfortable seating. Gather around the wood burner in here to watch a film on the TV. A dining area with a table and chairs leads through into the kitchen which has been equipped to a high standard with a farmhouse range cooker and everything you need to cook up a feast. Downstairs is a large bedroom with a super-king-size bed with an en-suite shower room. A staircase takes you to two further bedrooms, one king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a double with a sleigh bed and en-suite shower room.

The outside patio area features a private hot tub to relax in after a busy day. There is a large, lawned area, garden furniture and views across the estuary.
