Nestled in 15 acres of unspoilt countryside. Here you can enjoy woodland walks, birdwatching, trout fishing in a large lake near the farmhouse and pony rides for the children can be arranged. Llanpumsaint is a picturesque village on the river Gwili approximately six miles north of Carmarthen. The village has a long and distinguished past and although it did not gain its name until the sixth century, the area has been occupied for at least four and a half thousand years as seen from the large number of standing stones in the area. The walking tour will give you a flavour of the history of the village. You may be lucky and see the arrival of a family of mute swans. Wild ducks, moorhens and geese also frequent the lake and if you explore this part of Carmarthenshire and its coastline. Visit the nearest beaches of Aberporth (22.5 miles) and Llangrannog (21.5 miles).

Approach by stone steps into this charming converted barn, into a light and airy lounge/dining area. There is comfortable seating for six to gather around and watch a film on the Smart TV/DVD player after a busy day. There is a lovely ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a door leading out to the rear garden. Upstairs takes you to a further bedroom with a double and twin beds, making this a lovely family room. To complete the accommodation is a shower room.

Heading outside, there is an enclosed lawned area and patio with garden furniture. There is a play area with swings and a shared games room with a full-size pool table, toys and a dart board.
