A gorgeous period property with all your creature comforts in Penmaenmawr, perfect for friends, families and the dog, to relax, unwind and explore the coast and countryside in and around Conwy and Snowdonia. The coastal town lies on the North Wales coast, between Conwy and Llanfairfechan, offering a pub, shops, museum, sandy beach and even a golf course. From the doorstep join one of the many footpaths and routes to explore the stunning coast and countryside alongside Snowdonia National Park. Enjoy a superb range of shops and eateries along the way. Activities nearby include water sports, wildlife boat trips, fishing, cycling, mountain biking and walking. Visit World Heritage Site Conwy with its castle, harbour and pretty town or head to vibrant Llandudno with the Mostyn Contemporary Art Gallery, Venue Cymru and the longest pier in Wales. All within 5 miles.

Park the car in the grounds and walk around to this lovely property which is full of charm and interesting features. Natural light floods the kitchen/diner which is well-equipped and a social space to rustle up a bite to eat, with local produce purchased on your travels. The dining table is well positioned by the window to gather around, enjoy a meal and plan your holiday activities. After dinner walk through to the lounge, relax in the comfy sofa by the wood burner, catch up on your news, read a book or watch a film on the Smart TV. On the first floor you can unwind in a bubble bath or take a refreshing shower in the light and airy bathroom with a freestanding bath and shower cubicle with lovely views over to Puffin Island. There are two bedrooms, both are spacious with a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as twins on request), both have been designed for a good night's sleep and offer lovely views from the window to wake up to.

The garden has established coastal plants, a paved area with seating and a charcoal BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining and to make the most of the views towards Conwy Bay, Puffin Island and Anglesey. If you are bringing your bikes there is a covered store and ample space to store a canoe and paddleboards. The owner is on site though your privacy is assured at all times.

Spacious, quiet accommodation within easy reach of the local attractions, particularly Llandudno, Conwy and Bodnant Gardens. The wood burning stove in the lounge was a nice touch and necessary for warmth in the evenings in March. Beds very comfortable.
