Property code: 94044

This charming retreat is located within walking distance (1.5 miles) of the magnificent Wales Coast Path and sits between the two popular coastal towns of Aberaeron (2 miles) and New Quay (5 miles). It’s an ideal base for couples and small families who desire to create some seaside adventures and lasting memories, while providing a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of each day. The picturesque harbour town of Aberaeron provides a selection of tasty eateries to try, and a variety of independent shops and craft centres to mooch around. Take a stroll along the beach and keep your eyes peeled for the famous Cardigan Bay bottlenose dolphin pods. Better still, head over to New Quay where you can hop aboard a boat excursion for a chance to see Europe’s largest population of bottlenose dolphins in their natural environment. New Quay also offers three beaches, from Blue Flag bays popular with families to much wilder and more rugged bays popular with dog walkers all year round.

Step inside to discover a stylish kitchen/diner boasting a contemporary design and equipped with all the amenities needed for a delightful, culinary experience. The heart of the lodge is the cosy living room, where a large, soft, L-shaped sofa invites you to recharge, looking out into the garden through the French doors. Alternatively, rest in front of the wood burner with the crackling flames creating a warm and inviting ambience, a perfect space for relaxation and intimate conversations. When it’s time to retire for the evening, two comfortable and cosy bedrooms await offering a good night’s sleep for all and plenty of storage for your belongings. A modern shower room that combines convenience with elegance, ensures a refreshing start to your day.
As you step outside, you’ll be greeted by a lovely, enclosed lawn garden with two patio areas from which to sit and relax. Whether you choose to enjoy your morning coffee taking in the lovely countryside and seaside views or sip a glass of wine under the dark starry skies, this outdoor space provides a serene backdrop for memorable moments. A BBQ and dining furniture are provided for you to enjoy al fresco evenings out.
